Product DescriptionHand-harvested grapes from each terroir at different dates in order to find the ideal ripeness and expression. Then, each component is elaborated separately, fermented and aged in concrete egg shaped vats. Finally, the winemaker selects the best tanks in order to make the final Sauvignon Blanc Blend.
Floral and citrus with a nice full weight of balanced fruit on the palate and a mouth cleansing, crisp, long finish.
