One of the most important white grape varieties in southern Italy, Bombino Bianco is often blended but here, as a 100% Cépage, its qualities are showcased in full. The ultra-ripeness of the harvested fruit, evident in the wine’s complex, rich fragrances, finds a lovely counterpoint in the crisp acidity typical of the varietal.
Green tinged straw yellow; lightly fruited bouquet, with notes of green apples; the rich palate balanced with sharp pineapple finishes with a tangy vein of minerality.
