Product Description
100 % Chardonnay from vines ranging in age from 40 to 70 years, grown on the plateau terroir of Portlandian soil. The fruit is whole-bunch pressed, transferred to stainless steel tanks for a cool fermentation with indigenous yeast. Malolactic conversion is completed with indigenous bacteria and the wine is matured on fine lees in tank for 4 months prior to bottling.
With minerality as the strong backbone of this Chardonnay from Petit Chablis, this wine has loads of apple, pear, and white flower notes. The finish is crisp and clean.
